SpotioSpotioSpotio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Spotio mobile application (the “App”), a platform that helps users discover nearby street food vendors and allows vendors to list and manage their food carts. When you submit a bulk order enquiry to a vendor, we collect your name, phone number, headcount, budget range, cuisine preference, event date, and location, and share these details with the relevant vendor so they can respond to your request. Spotio does not process any payment for bulk orders — this is a lead-based enquiry system only.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Your information is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Sign-in is handled through OTP-based phone authentication; we do not store or have access to your OTP. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the App's features. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Spotio is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
